Our techniques
To repair or strengthen foundations, we use innovative techniques such as our expansion resin (Resina). Depending on the soil type and the depth at which the foundation must be repaired, the choice is made in consultation with the client for our expansion resin or another technique. The advantage of expansion resin is that it is injected with high precision at the spot where immediate soil reinforcement is required. In general, no demolition or breaking work is needed. With an alternative technique, such as screw piles, the soil must be excavated so that the foundation becomes visible. Naturally, this technique is more labor-intensive but sometimes necessary when expansion resin cannot be used.
