Der Vorteil von Expansionsharz ist, dass es mit hoher Pr\u00e4zision an der Stelle injiziert wird, an der eine direkte Verfestigung des Untergrunds erforderlich ist. In der Regel sind daf\u00fcr keine Abbruch- oder Stemmarbeiten n\u00f6tig. Bei einer alternativen Technik, zum Beispiel Schraubpf\u00e4hlen, muss der Boden abgetragen werden, damit das Fundament sichtbar wird.
